Product Misuse Can Be Dangerous or Fatal. Nitrous oxide chargers are for food preparation only. You must be at least 18 years of age. Nitrous Charger contents are under pressure. Do not incinerate full chargers or expose to sun or heat. Do not allow temperature to exceed 50C or 122F. Never dispose of full chargers, always empty before disposing. Keep out of reach of Children. The misuse of Nitrous Oxide is not only dangerous, but may be illegal. We apply to the recommended guidelines set forth by the Compressed Gas Association in terms of distributing our product. No products will be sold to minors, to any persons whom we may deem as intending use this product in a manner contrary to its intended purpose, or to any person to whom such a sale would constitute a violation of any applicable law or regulation. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable Local, State and Federal Laws in regards to possession and use of any item listed herein. By placing an order, the buyer represents that; he or she is at least 18 years of age; and that the product(s) will only be used for food preparation. Whip-eez, Inc. assumes no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising out of the use or misuse of any item sold by Whip-eez Inc.
