Probably the most common part to lose or break. After years of use, the crown tips on mine were breaking off so I just decided to buy a replacement. I added this part to my whip cream charger order and this company did an A++ job of packing it. I also own an iSi whipper (sorry Whip-eez) and just like the ad notes, you need to purchase the metal base tip that this plastic tip screws onto in order for this tip to fit.
