Q: Can Whip-eez nitrous oxide be used with other companies whip cream dispensers?
A: Yes, all brands of whip cream dispensers can use the Whip-eez nitrous chargers. Examples Liss, ISI, Whip-it, and so on as long as they are the “screw-valve” type.
Q: Can the whipped cream dispenser or the soda siphon be cleaned in the dishwasher?
A: The stainless steel dispensers are dishwasher safe. The aluminum bottle dispensers are not dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning the head, parts & bottle in warm soapy water and rinsing throughly.
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: When your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking # to track your package. Most orders placed by 5:00pm CST M-F will be shipped out the same day.
Q: Does Whip-eez sell their customer list to any other company?
A: No! once we have all your personal information it stays with us. We will never give or sell your information to any other company.
Q: Can Whip-eez deliver my order by regular US Mail or to a P.O. Box?
A: Yes we can! We can ship with the USPS to a Post Office box or to your address. Please email or call us for this option, so we may make arrangements to send you our products the way you want.
Q: Can I phone in my order instead of ordering online?
A: You can call our toll free number Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm CST.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We can only accept returns if a product is in new unused condition and still in new original packaging. If you need to return an item you must call for authorization within 10 days of receiving your order. NO returns will be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service department.
If the item(s) you ordered are defective in any way, save all packaging and receipts and contact Customer Service, with a full description of the problem, at email@example.com or call (800) 280-5245 to receive further instructions.
There is a 7 day return policy on Designer Coffee Mugs & Mug Sets. You must first contact our customer service department for the return authorization. We must receive product back in original packaging and in new unused condition. You will then receive a full refund for the price of the product, shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return product back to us.
Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs. Shipping costs may exceed the amount of shipping charges originally charged on your order. For an example, if you were given “Free Shipping” on your order and decide to return this order, you will be charged the actual shipping fees.
