– All orders are shipped either FedEX ground or USPS and will be shipped same day providing that your order is placed by 4:30 pm Central Time for FedEx orders and 9am for USPS. See maps below for your estimated FedEx & USPS Priority delivery times.
– Please expect 1 to 5 day delivery period, depending on the destination of your order.
– If you have any SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS that need to be met please email them with your order.
-If you need your order shipped FedEx Express please contact us if you need assistance to determine the best shipping option. For example, choosing FedEx Express Saver could actually take longer then regular Ground, depending on your shipping address. Express Saver takes 3 business days for transit where regular Ground could only be 1 or 2 days depending on your location. Also, please be aware that weekends and holidays could affect FedEx transit times and delivery dates. If choosing FedEx Overnight on a Friday, FedEx would not deliver your order on Saturday since it is a weekend. Whip-eez ships order out right away but have no control over FedEx shipping transit times or delays. Please know that these FedEx rules are common when ordering with any online store and can be confusing. We are always here to help if you need assistance.

Products may be returned to Whip-eez within 30 days of purchase if still in the original packaging, new and unused. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs. Shipping costs may exceed the amount of shipping charges we originally charge you on the order. As an example, if you were given “Free Shipping” on your order and decide to return this order, you will be charged the actual shipping fees.
