Each 8 gram charger makes about a quart.
CO2 (carbon dioxide) is an odorless, colorless, non-flammable gas. It does not contain any minerals, salts or other solid ingredients. It is used worldwide for food preparation, deep freezing and to produce carbonated soft drinks and soda water.

I’ve used all 40 of these cartridges and each time I have made great bubbly seltzer without any problems. Paying more for another brand is crazy since all chargers are probably the same anyways. Once you start using your siphon a lot, you might as well buy the chargers in bulk.

Simply put, I am very happy with my decision to buy here. I got my order right away and was able to try them in my iSi soda syphon. As soon as I tried the first one and everything went well, I knew I would be buying here again and again. I have been making my own carbonated water now for years and really like their products. I also bought a whip cream whipper and will be giving my review on that after I use it for a while. I’ve never had a dud before and expect not to have one in the future. At .99 cents a liter at the supermarket, plus tax, I am saving .33 cents or more per liter making my own seltzer, plus the fizz stays in my syphon for weeks. Remember, once you open a store bought soda or soda water it goes flat after a few days. You really can’t go wrong on buying these.
